Committees
Because our form of church government is congregational, every aspect of church life is overseen by various committees.
Trustees oversee the church building and property maintenance.
Board of Youth & Education oversees every educational aspect of church life, including the nursery, the library, Sunday schools, children's church, and kids' events.
Fellowship Committee is in charge of the fellowship time following Sunday school and arranges activities for the church body to get together.
Missions Committee keeps the work and needs of our missionaries in the minds of our congregation.
Worship & Music Committee assists the pastors in coordinating the elements of the worship service and helps to set the atmosphere for worship. They schedule musicians for offertory, communion, and special music. They oversee our greeters, ushers, worship teams, and arrange for visiting music groups to come.
Finance Committee puts together the annual budget for the whole church and oversees non-budgeted items.
Technology Committee integrates ministries which oversee the church computers, networks, sound enhancement, video projection, and video production, as well as advising other committees with technology-related questions.
