We offer three different programs for children, all from 9-11:45am: the 3-year-old program meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays; the 4-year-old program meeds on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; and the Transitional Kindergarten is for children who turn 5 by January 30th and meets Monday through Thursday. We also offer Stay & Play Extended Day until 3pm.
Lexington Christian Academy
Lexington Christian Academy (LCA)
was founded in 1946 with the belief that faith and learning are key and inseparable components of Christian education. As a school that was born out of the evangelical movement in New England, our founders believed that excellent college preparatory education was possible without compromising the Christian philosophy of the school. This critical component of our school is captured in the name of the institution – Lexington Christian Academy. LCA is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and defines itself as a Christian college-preparatory school.
The Imago School (grades K-8)
Imago School is a Christ-Centered School in the Classical Tradition. It is a kindergarten through 8th grade day school which was founded in June 1980 in order to establish an elementary school based on the biblical understanding of who we are as human beings. "Imago" is the Latin word for image. Our school bears this name because our philosophy of education begins with the belief that people are created in the image of God.
