A Personal Note from Pastor Brad
For over 25 years I ministered to junior and senior high teenagers. I loved the exuberance and excitement of seeing teens commit their lives to Christ and find purpose in life. Our youth ministry is now under the direction of Pastor Dan Kasey, and I am excited to see him continuing the work I began at Faith EFC in 1988.
After 18 years as Pastor of Youth and Family Life, on June 1, 2006, I began as Faith EFC's Senior Pastor. It is my prayer that God will continue to use our church to make disciples. It has been so exciting to see the church grow and flourish. In the spring of 2008, we started two morning services to accommodate all the new families. In spring 2010, we embarked on a stewardship campaign that we hope will allow us to build much needed educational space and a multipurpose fellowship hall. I could not imagine being involved in any other work except being a pastor. My calling to the pastoral ministry has brought great joy and fulfillment. There is nothing like seeing God work in the lives of people.
Kathy and I were married in 1980, and the Lord has blessed us with four children: Jamie and her husband Jared Earhart are living in New York and our expecting their first child in November 2011; Nathan lives in Waltham, MA, and works as a computer programmer; Matthew graduated in May 2010 from Taylor University and now lives at home, and Kelly is in her senior year at Taylor University in Indiana. Kathy is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute with a major in Church Music and an emphasis
in piano.
We invite you to come join us in what God is doing in Acton.
