SaturdayConcord Historical Tours.....with RSVP
Come join us for a memorable tour of the places in Concord that played a major role in the history of our church! You will see: Old Wright Tavern where the first Scandinavian immigrants to the area held their services and social gatherings. Trinitarian Congregational Church which enjoyed a tight bond with our early church. The former Lang Street church (now a private home) where our church worshiped before it moved to Acton. Bullet Hole House which housed our church bell for many years. Punkatasset Hill, home to William and Elizabeth Hunt, who helped establish our church over 100 years ago. Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, burial ground for many of the people whose lives were intertwined with our history as a church. Saturday continues with a Time of Remembering. Previous pastors will be sharing about their time here and what they have done since leaving Faith. A Celebration Supper will be provided after our time of remembering. We will share over a meal the blessing of God on the congregation here at Faith. Please join us! |
SundayWorship
We will have two worship services on Sunday morning with a time of fellowship in between. Kevin Komplelien, the president of Evangelical Free Churches of America, will be speaking and District Superintendants' will be sharing. |
