Missions Ministry

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations

Matthew 28:19

18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[a] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Annual Missions Conference

Our 2021 October missions month theme was - Declare His Glory Among the Nations

Our Missions Month focuses not just on talking about our Savior, but also more emphatically declaring Him to the entire world. Is that even possible?  We say, yes, it is.  We already support missionaries who are helping make the Bible available in other languages, living places where Jesus is unknown and even feeding the homeless.  That is truly admirable.  But what can we personally do to proclaim His glory here in Acton and the surrounding towns, and to the ends of the earth?  May God convict us personally to share His praises with our “neighbor” and our world every day.
Our annual missions conference is held during the month of October.  Various missionaries come and join us for Sunday worship to present a ministry moment, and a sermon to the congregation, or share their work during the Sunday school time.
